Check-In Clarifications

• Free food available for freshmen WHO ARE MEMBERS; thus, non-member freshmen must pay the requisite $5 membership fee.
  • In the future, have a sign-up computer open for membership at the pastry sales before the Dinner.
• $5 entry fee for non-members, $3 entry fee for ATS upperclassmen

Dinner Procedure

• First half hour: allow attendees to queue up at the tables of food and get their dinner
• Announce beginning of the Dinner, call up freshman rep candidates to the front, call for write-ins
• Allow 1 minute for each candidate's platform speeches
• Begin ballot; only freshmen and exec can vote -- allow 2 minutes

• Spent $630, including $75 for discount mooncakes.
